Too much stress can affect someone's mental and physical health. chronic or long lasting stress can lead to serious illness. Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the body, Thai massage has also been found to significantly reduce levels of a certain stress marker present in saliva called sAA.
2. Boost Energy
Thai massage increases energy and mental stimulation and opens up the sen lines. Sen lines correspond to different parts of the body such as bones, muscles, blood, and nerves as well as affect the mind and consciousness, these are called subtle channels. Tight muscles cause blockages within different sen. These blockages reduce the flow of life energy, which result in stiffness, pain, and illness. Thai massage uses different techniques that either open or constrict different sen to connect the flow of life energy.
3. Stimulates circulation
Thai massage can promote the circulation of both blood and lymph through the use of gentle stretching that increases blood circulation, which fills the body's tissues with oxygen. This helps promote cell growth and heart health as well as stimulates the somatosensory system that plays a role in balance and increases the clients balance.
